Abstract

On the basis of their experience as advisers for a student‐run, anti‐shoplifting campaign in the public secondary schools of Lincoln, Nebraska, the authors provide a detailed account of the conduct and impact of the campaign. They offer guidelines for other instructors who wish to assist students in a similar public campaign project.
