Abstract

To explore whether the adjustment of the culture medium redox potential every 12 hours by the supplementation with antioxidants to a similar value found in follicular fluid of oocyte donors may improve the cumulative rates of usable and expanded blastocysts as assessed at day 5 and 6 of development.
