Abstract

The article highlights the study of the gender features of managers engaged in constructive interaction in a conflict situation, moreover, the facts that there are some differences in the value-motivational, managerial and emotional-volitional spheres of female managers relative to male managers are described and explained. The enclosed differences are statistically significant and can be interpreted as the gender aspect of constructive interaction in a conflict situation. This is expressed in the fact that women managers who engage in constructive interaction in a conflict situation, have a more stable focus on the team, communication, establishing a good interpersonal environment accompanied by restraint and judiciousness, exactingness to oneself in the course of professional activity. Women in the course of management are more likely to create both external and internal incentives for the active work of subordinates, maintaining their appearance that corresponds to the status of a manager. There are also more developed business communication skills, the optimal distribution of functions between subordinates, to protect and respect them. Today the study of the gender aspect in managerial activities is actual in Uzbekistan. The gender aspect is an important component for the development of a harmoniously developed society.
