Abstract

The article discusses about the actuality of timely geotechnical monitoring of the buildings and surrounding structures. Analysis of the regulatory standards, regarding the geotechnical monitoring requirements, was done. As part of the implementation of geotechnical monitoring complex research of 16 objects in one of the microdistricts of Tyumen were carried out. The order of that research was the control of the mechanical safety of buildings and structures. The article presents the results and analysis of its implementation. So, for one of the objects in Tyumen, geotechnical monitoring revealed the need the stabilization of continuous uneven settlements. To investigate the current situation was made of the stress-strain state analysis of the soil base at the moment and after the completion of filtration consolidation under the conditions of the initial state of the building, constructed according to the project, and taking into account different types of soil reinforcement. Authors presents the results of choosing the method of the differential settlements stabilization as part of construction scientific-technical support. Conducting timely geotechnical monitoring allows to detect the possibility of an emergency at an early stage and take the necessary measures to solve the problem of soil base and foundation strengthening. Authors presents the results of buildings geotechnical monitoring in one of Tyumen districts for mechanical safety control purposing and choosing the method of the differential settlements stabilization as part of construction scientific-technical support.
