Abstract

For radiation technology students practicing in our hospital, in the teaching of simultane-ous integration and intensity modulated radiation therapy for esophageal cancer, we have increased the quality training of social roles, self cognition, traits and motivation in the tip of the iceberg, so as to strengthen the interns' service consciousness, dedication, emotional management, and doctor-patient communication skills etc. The preliminary practice shows that the corresponding measures are conducive to the development of students' comprehensive ability, and have indirectly enhanced the patients' satisfaction in medical service.
