Abstract
The spectra of trans- and cis-HNO 2 have been recorded at an apodized resolution of 1.86 × 10 −3 cm −1 in the region of 600 to 1000 cm −1. Some 1950 lines of a-type are assigned to the ν 4 fundamental band of trans-HNO 2 and over 3100 lines of a- and of b-types to the ν 4 fundamental band of cis-HNO 2. Relative intensity information is discussed.
