Abstract

Forewords On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all readers for the 3rd International Conference on Statistics, Mathematics, Teaching, and Research (ICSMTR) 2019 proceeding. This is a two-year conference on the field of statistics, mathematics, science, and education. The conference organized by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia. The conference conducted in two days 9th to 10th of October 2019 with one keynote speaker, nine invited speakers, 137 parallel speakers from different backgrounds, and 101 accepted paper submitted to IOP.I also would like to express my gratitude and sincere thanks to the keynote, invited and all parallel speakers for spending their valuable time and sharing their thoughts and works with us in the conference. I do hope that this conference would bring a great opportunity for all of us to gain new ideas, improve our knowledge, and enhance collaboration between researchers.Lastly, I do hope that this proceeding contribute for the knowledge especially in the field of Statistics, Mathematics, Science, and Education.
