The 3rd Asia Pacific Conference on EBM held on 26–28 November 2004, Hong Kong The Chinese Cochrane Centre Hong Kong Branch, Faculty of Medicine, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Dr Muir Gray CBE, Founding Director of Oxford Institute of Health Sciences and Professor Paul Glasziou, Director of the Oxford Centre for EBM delivered the keynote speeches.
