Abstract
Measurements of the angular distribution of α-particles from the 30Si( 3He, α) 29Si reaction at E( 3He) = 8.0 and 7.0 MeV and excitation curves for E( 3 He) = 6.8–8.2 MeV are reported. The 30Si( 3He, 3He) elastic scattering angular distributions at 8.0 and 7.0 MeV are also reported. Statistical analysis of the excitation curve data, optical-model analyses of the elastic scattering and DWBA analyses of the reaction angular distributions have been performed and spectroscopic factors extracted.
