Abstract
The πω exchange contribution to the NN interaction is calculated. The spin-independent central and the spin-orbit components of the resulting interaction are found to be negligible compared to the corresponding components of the single ω-meson exchange interaction. The tensor and spin-spin components due to πω exchange are of the same order of magnitude as the corresponding components due to single ω-exchange.
