Abstract

Hyper-IgE Syndrome (HIES) is a complex primary immunodeficiency characterized by gene mutations in STAT3 and Dock8, which lead to impaired T helper IL-17 (Th17) development. Currently, there are no published studies documenting the normal values for IL-17 secreting CD4 T cells in children.
