Abstract
The metal coordination polyhedron of the title complex, [PtCl4(C13H22N2O)2], is a slightly distorted PtN2Cl4 octahedron. The E configurations of the trans imino ligands are stabilized by intramolecular N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.
