Abstract

Current published research at the secondary level has emphasized (a) aptitude and achievement testing, (b) the measurement of vocational interests and occupational preferences, and (c) the measurement of adolescent personality. Some research has been devoted to the affective domain of adolescents' behavior, and relatively little to the press of the school or nonschool environment, objective measurement of socioeconomic status, and inventorying of adolescent problems by the use of self-report instruments.
