Abstract

The article examines the testing of the seeding device with optimal parameters for the working chamber of the 4DP-130 saw fiber separator in cotton ginning enterprises, as well as the effect of the density and speed of the raw material on the physical and mechanical properties of cotton fiber and fiber damage. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches, with the help of a seedling device with optimal parameters installed in the working chamber of the saw fiber separator machine, it was achieved to increase the productivity of the machine, as well as the quality of fiber and seed, due to the quick release of hairless seeds from the working chamber.
