Abstract
In current practice there is no standardized way to handle embryos that are observed to be 0PN or 1PN at the time of biopsy. Individual IVF labs determine the outcome of these embryos which can range from transfer, preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) without addressing the PN status, to discarding due to PN status.
