Educational Measurement: Issues and PracticeVolume 1, Issue 2 p. 10-12 Testing and Teacher Certification: An Explosive Combination Rita Hodgkins, Rita Hodgkins Media Specialist at the Louis Pasteur Intermediate School in Orangevale, California. She has served as English/history teacher at the same school and also as head of the English Department. Ms. Hodgkins has been active in professional leadership positions including serving as President of the Sun Juan Teachers Association, representing that organization on the California Teachers Association State Council, and sewing on the NEA Board of Directors from 1978 to the present.
