Abstract

Combined chemo- and radiotherapy have improved survival in pediatrie patients with Hodgkin’s disease (Schellong et al., 1986). Testicular dysfunction is a major complication in adults treated with MOPP-chemotherapy. With Leydig cell function being normal, the incidence of infertility has been reported to be as high as 80% (Sherins et al., 1973).
