Abstract

Mrs. C was an 85 yo widow who had left the bulk of her estate in a trust for her only daughter with the remainder to go to the American Cancer Society after daughter's death. Unfortunately her daughter predeceased her. Soon after that a long lost cousin, Mr. B showed up and started spending more time with her, taking her out to lunch or to doctor's appointments. After her death Mr. B produced a will that Mrs. C had supposedly executed soon after daughter's death leaving the bulk of her estate to him rather than to the American Cancer Society.
