Abstract
The test range of Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Puaulo (EPUSP) at the campus of the University of São Paulo (USP) was constructed to calibrate electronic distancers (EDM) on a multipillar baseline and also to classify theodolites and levels according to the Brazilian Standard Norm NBR 13 133/1994. This paper shows in detail the different approaches and methods used in field observations, adjustments and results. The test range provides test and calibration facilities for manufacturers, researchers and users of geodetic instruments.
