Abstract
The authors present the results of an experimental study of scaling in the mean and the associated multiplicity in inclusive photon production in antiproton-proton interactions. It is shown that the hypothesis of scaling in the mean is valid not only in semi-inclusive but also in inclusive processes. The scaling function is seen to be independent of both centre-of-mass energy and the initial state. The associated KNO scaling seems to be valid in inclusive photon production. The correlations of charged particles and photons are found to be different in annihilation and non-annihilation processes.
