Abstract

A broad range of facial duplication types has been reported concomitantly with Tessier clefts, but duplication of the zygomatic arch has been sporadically described to date. We report an extremely rare association in a patient who presented a unique combination of craniofacial anomalies, including microphthalmia, bilateral Tessier cleft, and duplicated zygomatic arch. Level of evidence: Level V, diagnostic/therapeutic study.
