Abstract
The territorial technosphere is a dynamic system described by a system of differential equations. The initial data of these equations take into account the conditions of normal functioning of the territorial technosphere and emergency situations. Changing the parameters of the impact of the technosphere allows you to influence the quality of the environment and to maintain it in a stable state. An effective mechanism for controlling the territorial technosphere as a dynamic system should be the elimination of inoperable States using: the formation of a set of informative parameters; control and registration of values of informative parameters; creation of a database of normative and actual values of informative parameters, formation of control actions.
