• The first separation and extraction of secondary metabolites from endophytic fungus Fusarium sp. HJT-P-2. • Three chain terpenoid compounds were isolated from Rhodiola fungus Fusarium . • Compounds 1 , 2 and 3 are undescribed compounds that have not been reported. Three chain terpenoid derivatives (E)-9,10-dihydroxy-2,6,10-trimethylundec-5-enoic acid ( 1 ), (E)-8,9-dihydroxy-1-methoxy-5,9-dimethyldec-4-en-2-one ( 2 ), (3E,7E)-11,12-dihydroxy-4,8,12-trimethyltrideca-3,7-dienamide ( 3 ). were isolated from endophytic fungus Fusarium sp. HJT-P-2 of Rhodiola angusta , and these three compounds are undescribed compounds that have not been reported.
