Ternary compounds

Abstract

In this chapter data on the most important groups of ternary (and a few quaternary) semiconductors will be presented. Ternary transition metal and rare earth compounds are dealt with in chapter 5. Chapter 3 already contains those ternary compounds, where two of the three partners belong to the same group (e. g.
