Abstract

AbstractA case of pregnancy in the left rudimentary horn of a bicornuate uterus is described. The pregnancy was carried to term without the rupture of the horn and a live infant weighing 3.5 kg was delivered by lower segment caesarean section and thinned out horn of uterus was removed. The case is reported as it is one of the very few documented deliveries of a live‐born infant. Some of the factors associated with pregnancy in a rudimentary horn are discussed.
