Abstract
A newborn presents with congenital right-sided craniofacial asymmetry, absence of right eye and ear, and small facial structures on the right (Fig 1). Figure 1A and B: Front and profile views of craniofacial defects, including absence of right orbit, right microtia, depressed right fronto-parietal area and facial asymmetry. ### Prenatal and Birth Histories ### Presentation The infant was transferred to the neonatal intensive care unit from an outside hospital with multiple craniofacial anomalies. His admission physical examination was notable for a depression on the right side of the skull and face with a depressed right frontoparietal bone, absence of right eye, right microtia, and a nevus flammeus noted over the glabella and nose. ### Vital Signs ### Physical Examination
