Abstract

The influence of salt solutions (KCl and CaCl2) on the adsorption of two pesticides, terbumeton and isoproturon, by four calcareous soils was investigated using batch experiments. The presence of Ca2+ and K+ cations affects the amount of pesticides adsorbed by soils on a case-by-case basis.
