Abstract
We studied the polarization of the terahertz (THz) beam emitted from YBCO thin film patterned into dipole, bow-tie and log-periodic antennas using three sets of wire-grid polarizers. The amplitude and frequency spectra indicate that the radiation from both the dipole and the bow-tie antennas have simple polarization pattern, while the one from the log-periodic antenna shows the complicated one, which is attributed to the structural resonance.
