AbstractOil and Gas (MIC: 14.2 SIC: 4613 NAIC: 486910)TEPPCO Partners operates through three segments. The downstream segment includes transportation and storage of refined products, liquefied petroleum gases and petrochemicals. The upstream segment includes gathering, transportation, marketing and storage of crude oil, and distribution of lubrication oils and specialty chemicals. The midstream segment includes natural gas gathering services, fractionation of natural gas liquids (NGLs) and transportation of NGLs. Texas Eastern Products Pipeline Co., a subsidiary of Duke Energy Field Services (DEFS), serves as the general partner of TPP. Certain assets of the midstream segment are managed and operated by DEFS under an agreement with Co.
