Abstract

It is a reflection that seeks interdisciplinary links between Christian Theology and Psychoanalysis, with the aim of investigating possible conceptual similarities between the proposed fields and propose a field of reflection we call Psychoanalytic Theology. Methodologically, it is a theoretical and conceptual review, which conjures up theoretical and epistemological contributions that we deem relevant to such an approach (Paradigm of Complexity and Fundamental Psychopathology), plus the contribution of O. Pfister. The goal is to provide a clinical know-how where the patient/believer becomes subject of his discourse, subjectivity and therefore its pathos , where his belief becomes important to understand their suffering and healing, and where one emerges theology aired by psychoanalytic contributions in ways that constitute a new and fruitful interdisciplinary field in the humanities.
