Abstract

This paper studies the tensor product decomposition of large-size logical matrix, which is widely used in modelling gene regulatory networks. Based on the properties of tensor product, a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the tensor product decomposition of large-size logical matrix. The study of several illustrative examples shows that the obtained new results are effective in reducing the dimension of large-size logical matrix.
