Abstract
SummaryA modified flame spray coating system has been developed. The new process can be applied to powdered thermoplastic and thermoset polymers without special requirements or post-fusing process, producing high bond strength and high density coatings as with plasma spray. Polymer materials can be sprayed onto steel substrates, even for on-site use. The influence of parameters on properties of Polyamide coatings is investigated in the present paper.
