Clinical Pharmacologists play a major role in facilitating the rational use of medicines.[1] The World Health Organization insists on integrating the Clinical Pharmacology discipline with the health service system[2]; however, there is procrastination in materializing this.[3] We describe ten instances wherein Clinical Pharmacological interventions improved prescribing and patient outcomes (Table 1). ... ...
