AbstractVarious ictal (during the seizure) behaviour patterns have been described in patients with epilepsy. Here, Drs Guruvaiah and Veerasamy describe unusual high‐risk ictal behaviours with the appearance of suicidal gestures in a patient who was subsequently given a diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy.
