Abstract

This is analysis of the pharmaceutical companies on the subject of innovative development. Given that the pharmaceutical industry take time for the development and implementation of innovative products and require a large investment, inefficiency and failure of innovation is extremely costly for companies. In order to reduce the costs associated with innovation, it is necessary to know the regulatory timelines of implementation. Existing theories of the life cycles of business are purely descriptive in nature, which is not possible to accurately determine the time and used transdisciplinary systems approach allows up to 70% to determine the calendar dates for different kinds of innovations. In this regard, using the analysis set periods of innovation of different orders, the General regularities of the development companies for effective strategic planning and management of innovative activities.
