Abstract

The authors of this paper analyze the influence of the heating source temperature on the energy efficiency of real single-stage cycles of a lithium bromide-water absorption refrigeration machine (LBWARM), lithium bromide absorption lowering thermal transformer (LBALTT) and lithium bromide absorption raising thermal transformer (LBARTT) depending on the magnitude of the degree of internal heat regeneration Thermodynamic cycles with full heat regeneration on the cold (for LBWARM and LBALTT) and warm (for LBARTT) side of the regenerative heat exchanger (RHE) of solutions, in the absence of RHE as well as cycles with a finite temperature difference between weak and strong solutions are considered.
