Abstract
In this work, we study numerically the temperature effect on charge density wave-free carriers interaction using the Fukuyama-Lee-Rice model. Then, we have shown the local variations of the charge density wave (CDW) phase, the sliding CDW current Jcdw and the threshold field ET are thermally affected in the presence of free carriers. The results are discussed in the context of damping mechanisms of the collective mode due to the screening process.
