Abstract
A 26-yr-old migraine sufferer was treated with assertion training, systematic desensitization and traditional biofeedback. None of these procedures had any lasting effect on her migraines. The addition of a treatment aimed at enhancing her ability to discriminate hand temperature changes was followed by a marked reduction in her problem.
