Abstract

Pauli-paramagnetism is observed in high quality (SN) x single crystal. Density of state at Fermi level is estimated to be 0.14 ± 0.06 states/(eV spin molecule) from the observed magnetic susceptibility. Curie Weiss like laws are observed in γ-ray irradiated and low quality (SN) x crystals which show the resistivity minimum at 30–40 K. The resistivity minimum is discussed in terms of carrier scattering by localized paramagnetic centers.
