Abstract

We studied the samples of piezoelectric lithium-sodium niobate (LNN) porous ceramics with a pore content of 10 volume percent obtained by “wet” and “dry” methods. The temperature and frequency dependences of the complex permeability and admittance of the samples were analyzed. It was shown that the dielectric properties of porous LNN samples depended on the presence of ethyl alcohol at the stage of preparation of blanks. The frequency dependences of the admittance made it possible to conclude that hopping conductivity existed in these samples over localized states of electrons at impurity centers in the frequency range up to 106 Hz.
