Abstract

Temperature dependence of Si Solar Cell performance under concentrated sunlight has been studied. Temperature coefficients of maximum power were found out to have the tendency to decrease against increasing irradiation intensity, and the values were -0.44%/°C and -0.34%/°C under 1 sun and 25 suns respectively. Temperature and irradiation intensity effects on other performance parameters such as open-circuit-voltage, fill-factor etc. are presented as well.
