Abstract

The correlation between initial permeability and temperature (μi∼T curve) for nanocrystalline Fe72.7CulNb2Vl. 8Si13.5B9 alloy annealed at 530-620°C was investigated. Three types of μi∼T curve were observed. The corresponding annealing temperatures are (l)Ta=530-550°C, (2)Ta=560-590°C and (3)Ta ≥600°C The phase structure of alloy corresponding to the three types of μi∼T curve was analysed and the effects of the grain size and volume traction of α-Fe(Si) phase as well as the magnetic properties of residual amorphous phase on μi∼T curve were also discussed.
