Abstract
One investigates the influence of thermally excited collective modes in incommensurate systems on the temperature dependence of hyperfine interactions. The observed hyperfine fields are reduced by a temperature-dependent Debye-Waller factor and the hyperfine field amplitude can eventually decrease to zero well below the transition temperature.
