Abstract

The atomic position of the titled iron-oxypnictide superconductor at various temperatures was determined by Rietveld analysis of synchrotron x-ray diffraction data. Temperature dependence of the crystallographic parameters provides us the following information: (i) significant anisotropic shrinking of the lattice and (ii) the distortion of the FeAs 4 tetrahedron that becomes slightly larger at low temperatures.
