Abstract

The features of structure evolution during superplastic flow have been studied. It is established that stationary superplastic flow deformation is implemented for the structural state in the material bulk, which corresponds to the dynamic stationary behavior of the characteristics of structure elements. It is shown that the superplastic flow in the hardening and softening stages occurs via dislocation slip in grains and grainboundary slip, respectively.
