Abstract
Background: The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic is a challenge for all participants in the healthcare system. At the beginning of the pandemic, many doctors asked themselves how to manage patients with multiple sclerosis(MS).we had followed 87 patient with MS(Al- azhar university MS clinic, cairo,Egypt). With regard to the different disease types and different disease modifying therapies (DMTs),many patients were fear from coming to hospitals and clinics to avoid catching infection.
