Abstract

Endometrial biopsy and curettage are commonly performed diagnostic procedures to assess uterine pathology. Adequate endometrial specimen collection is important to formulate an accurate diagnosis. Review of literature shows that 2%-60% of endometrial samples may be nondiagnostic due to insufficient specimen.
