Abstract

A total of 231 pregnancies in patients aged 12 to 16 at the time of delivery between 1966 and 1971 are reported and analyzed. Previous reports indicated an increase in Obstetric complications in this group. However, except for a somewhat elevated prematurity rate this was not seen in our cases. The possible role of prenatal care is discussed. A total of 231 pregnancies in patients aged 12 to 16 at the time of delivery between 1966 and 1971 are reported and analyzed.
