Abstract
The examined territory of the western part of the Black Sea is situated in the transition (Fig .1) between the Moesian platform of epibaikalian basement and continental type of earth's crust (30-35 km thick) and the West Black Sea Depression characterized by suboceanic type of earth's crust (small total thickness - 22-25 km,thin consolidated part - 6-8 km and thick sedimentary sequence - 18 km). In geomorphologic aspect here are included shelf zone and its edge and rise and the Jeep-water part of the West Black Sea Basin.
