Abstract

Pipe connections allow interconnection of individual pipes to obtain pipeline and pipe connection with the equipment and their connection to the valve. The pipe connector should have the same strength of the pipe, impermeability and possibility of easy assembly and disassembly. Connecting of pipes of such construction is carried out by welding due to the work in conditions of maximum operating pressures and temperatures. The pipes can be joined at the ends. When welding the pipe lines should take into account the condition that the flow resistance of the fluid must to be as small as possible. Therefore, special preparation for pipe welding it is often necessary, as well as for the welding processes itself not to have any internal height differences of the joint or unevenness of the internal diameter of the pipe.

REZULTATI ISPITIVANJA

U sledećim tabelama date su vrednosti debljine zida, tvrdoće i ovalnost za cevne lukove koji se menjaju. Za proračun preostalog radnog veka materijala primenjen je standard RD 10-249-98 i RD 10-400-01, a za proračun čvrstoće primenjen je standard MKS EN 12953-3:2007. Na osnovu ispitivanja proračunat je preostali radni vek od τo = 12.424 h otprilike oko dve godine rada Termoelektrane (≈ 6.000 h), odnosno navedenog parovoda (linija RB -1). Prosečna tvrdoća materijala je 146 HB i u dozvoljenim je granicama od 128 – 170 HB. Izmerena ovalnost kreće se u 0,22 do [1,11] i manja je od dozvoljene 8%. Na ovim pozicijama nije konstatovano prisustvo mikropora, mikropukotina ili ostali mikrostrukturni defekti
